Cancellation Policy

For airport transport, please give 48 hours advance notice of your arrival or departure in order to receive confirmation of your pick-up. * Pickup and destination – Customers must provide the complete pick-up location (address or landmark) and destination (address or landmark). For airport transportation service, please provide the date of arrival or departure and flight information. * Date and time: Specify the date and time for the pick-up. * Passenger count: Indicate number of passengers traveling in your group. * Luggage: For airport arrivals and departures, customers should provide the number of pieces of luggage with which they are traveling. * Duration: Depending on the nature of the transportation, customer should give an estimated duration of transportation time. Specially curated half-day or day-long tours, or day and/or evening activities transport needs will be discussed with the company transport administrator prior to confirmation. * Special requests: Provide any special requests, such as child seats or wheelchair access. * Confirmation: Customers will receive a booking confirmation via phone call, email or text message, including booking details and contact information. Payment * Advance payment: Some tour bookings may require a deposit or advance payment as determined by the company transport administrator prior to confirmation. * Payment methods: Accepted payment methods (cash, Venmo). * Transportation calculation: Transport fares are calculated on an hourly basis, factoring in the destination and labor. Estimated pricing for specially curated island tours and concierge services will be provided by the company transport administrator prior to confirmation. * Tips: Tips for your private driver and tour services are always appreciated. * Cancellation: Customers should give as much advance notice as possible for cancelled appointments and tours. Minimum cancellation of 24 hours for taxi service appointments, and 48 hours for half- and full-day tour appointments. We will track your flight arrival and departure and will adjust airport pick-up and drop-off times due to flight delays. * No shows: Fee may be charged for no-shows.
